Garlic Matzo “Bread”
I love garlic like I love Gertie. Always and forever.
Serving Size: 4
4 tablespoons butter, divided
Preheat broiler to high.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add garlic to butter and simmer for 2 minutes.
Place Matzos on a cookie sheet.
Brush 1 tablespoon butter mixture evenly over the top of 1 side of 1 matzo. Repeat with the other 3 matzos.
Broil for 2 minutes.
Watch the matzo carefully; they can burn easily when broiled.
If you like it real garlicky use three cloves instead of two.
I think I’d combine the garlic and then top with the parm cheese that would be awesome…thanks for these ideas….I usually make cheese matzo with sharp cheddar…yum…never thought about the parm, or the garlic! I just love matzo!
