We are just about to sit down for a lovely Passover Seder. I wanted to take a few minutes to wish all of you a happy and healthy Passover 2011. Cook any exciting and delicious matzo dishes this year? I am a gentile who purchased my first box of matzo for a Seder meal at church.
MATZO CHEESE CRISP
1 piece of matzo
Break the slice of pepper-jack cheese into small pieces and spread around on top pf the matzo. Spread the montery-jack cheese on top of that. Heat under a broiler until the cheese is melted.
