The 2000 Year Old Man and I

My favorite cartoon is Mel Brooks’ and Carl Reiner’s comedy act “The 2000 Year Old Man.”  It is about the life of man who is 2000 years old.  He is very wise and has been around for many, many, many moons…all the way back to cavemen. “The 2000 Year Old Man” teaches about important and versatile things in life, like saran wrap.  If he had been alive when matzo was invented I am sure he would have had a thing…

Recipe: Parmesan Matzo “Bread”

This recipe is inspired from the Parm bagel at the Parkway Diner in Scarsdale, NY.  If you go there you have to ask for it, it’s not on the menu. Order it with the Arugula salad.  Eat this matzo version hot right out of the oven.

What’s the deal with blogs?

My family says I tend to go on and on. I think they all encouraged me to start this blog in an attempt to shut me up. My grandson Nathaniel suggested I start my own blog.
